ALUMINUM REPLACEMENT STEPS AND BRACKETS FOR PETERBILT FUEL TANKS
Kit includes: 2 side support brackets, 2 pieces trim, 1- 4-3/4" wide (top) step, 1- 7" wide (bottom) step, and stainless steel hardware
- Choose the step length you need below, up to 42". For steps 42" or longer, purchase this kit.
- Fits all Peterbilt models and years (just select correct size)

Steps
- Heavy Duty End Plates - 3/16" 'U' bracket is inserted in each end, then secured with 4 rivets. This makes the steps much stronger than the factory steps and other aftermarket-brand steps with thin end plates.
- Direct replacement bolt-on
Support Brackets
- Laser-cut from 3/16" 5052 Aluminum plate, same as the originals
- All factory holes make for simple install. No drilling required!
- Trim-Lok heavy duty vinyl trim included for tank protection
- Clean mill finish can be easily sanded/polished.
HEAVY-DUTY VERSION --- Recommended for all steps 35" or longer. Includes 3/16" aluminum plate riveted to front edge of step for greater strength. This option eliminates the steps from cracking or bending in the middle.
REINFORCEMENT BRACES --- Optional add-on (shown in photos of HD kit); stiffen side brackets and increase overall durability of the step assembly. Also available to purchase separately.
MOUNTING HARDWARE --- Optional add-on; additional set of stainless steel hardware to bolt the step kit to the tank hangers. The hardware to assemble the step kit is included with every kit.
