Shipping policy
Order processing and shipping times
Most orders ship out the day after you order. All other orders ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage, which takes 1-5 days depending on your location. Some orders are shipped via USPS Priority, which takes 1-3 days depending on your location. All orders ship from Reno, NV.
Express Shipping
We do not offer "rush" processing. However, 2nd Day Air express shipping is available for all items EXCEPT a few oversize products. Please note that selecting express shipping DOES NOT mean we will process your order faster; this only reduces the shipping time. It will still take 1-2 days before it ships, so total time for delivery may be 3-4 days.
Overnight shipping is available if you really need it. Please call us before placing your order. And keep in mind it may still take 1-2 days to process your order.
Freight Shipping
Shipping time for items shipped via LTL truck freight varies from 2-8 business days.
Shipping Costs
Domestic (Lower 48)
All orders over $100 USD ship for free, with the exception of some oversize/overweight items (parts that are 48" or longer). These oversize orders have a flat rate fee of $20. Orders totaling less than $100 USD will also ship for a flat rate, which will be shown during checkout. All orders totaling over $1000 USD will require a signature at time of delivery. The method of shipping for all orders will be determined by us at the time of shipment and cannot be changed.
Alaska & Hawaii
All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will incur a shipping fee. We wish we could ship for free, but the carriers charge a lot.
International (Canada)
We only ship to the USA and Canada. All orders shipping to Canada will incur a shipping fee. We wish we could ship for free, but the carriers charge a lot.
LTL Truck Freight
Oversize/overweight items (i.e. trailer turntables) DO NOT ship for free. These items must be palletized and shipped via truck freight. Costs can range anywhere from $150 to $1000+. Contact us, provide your zip code, and we can give you a shipping quote. After placing an online order, we will send a separate invoice for the shipping cost, which will need to be paid before your order is shipped. We recommend freight be shipped to a business address only. Residential freight deliveries can add extra fees of $100-200.
