Are your parts in stock? When can you ship my order?
Yes, all of our parts are in stock and ship from our Reno, NV shop. 90% of orders ship next day, all others within 2 to 3 days.
Can you ship my order faster?
Yes, we do offer 2-day express shipping at checkout. But keep in mind that does not include our processing time of 1-2 days. So express shipping will take 3+ business days after you order. If you need an order shipped overnight, give us a call.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Read the details here.
Where are you located?
Reno, Nevada. Except for trailer turntables, all products ship from Reno.
Can I pick up my order in Reno?
Yes, but please call or text before placing your order. We do not have a retail store so you will need to arrange a time to pick up.

Where are you located?
Both of our shops are in Ceres, CA. If you can bring your truck to us, we can work on it, regardless of where you are from.
Do you do mobile repairs?
No, we are not able to do mobile/roadside repair.
Can you fix my truck and/or trailer?
Yes, in most cases. However, we are not a traditional "general repair and scheduled maintenance truck shop". We typically take on specialty projects and medium- to large-size jobs. But always contact us to ask about your specific need and how we can help.
How much will it cost to modify/repair/rebuild my truck?
That is difficult to answer without having many details and photos. Every project is different so estimates will vary greatly. For common jobs we can provide a range of prices. To get a specific estimate, fill out and submit our inquiry form. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Can you give me a bid on my truck and/or trailer?
Yes, absolutely. We are always willing to send a bid for any vehicle or equipment you want to get rid of. The easiest way to get started is to fill out our inquiry form and include all the details and photos you can.
