ALUMINUM REPLACEMENT BRACKETS FOR BOTTOM BATTERY BOX STEP
**This is a direct replacement; Simply remove the old brackets and install these new ones**
- Part # N85-6297; N85-6298; or N85-6297P, N85-6298P
- Fits all Peterbilt 589 models - short and long hood
- Replaces lower step support on driver side boxes
- Price is for two (2) brackets, 1 left and 1 right
- Laser-cut from 5052 3/16" aluminum plate - same as genuine Paccar part
- Includes required spacers just like the originals
- Made in USA with American metal
- Replacement step is available here
- Blemished Option: (when available) These brackets are new, but will have various blemishes, scratches, marks, etc. They will still fit and function perfectly fine, but the surface finish is not perfect. Blemished brackets cannot be returned.
[Note] The spacer plates will be included in the package - look for a small plastic bag. You can glue or tape the spacers onto the brackets, or just hold them while tightening down the step bolts. The spacers are required to keep the step level and even.
